MMA is a full-contact sport that combines techniques from various martial arts disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, and Judo. Juan Card, the head instructor of our MMA program, brings years of experience and expertise to the mats. With a diverse background in multiple martial arts disciplines, Juan is committed to teaching proper technique, discipline, and respect for the art. His approach focuses on making sure students develop a well-rounded skill set, while also maintaining a positive and encouraging learning environment.
